A letter from Ed...

Customer review for Melecio, one of our sales/customer service reps:


I just wanted to shoot you a quick note to let you know what a great job Melecio has been doing working with me on an order that has had a whole host of delivery issues.

I ordered 2 American Standard vanity tops the estimated time to delivery was 2 to 3 weeks.  At the end of 3 weeks the vanity tops still hadn't come, so I called and spoke with Melecio.  He took down my information, tracked down the order, and the very next day left me a voicemail message and sent me an e-mail message with the shipping details.

When the two American Standard vanity tops were finally delivered (at four weeks), they came shattered in pieces.  I immediately called and spoke with Melecio.  He remembered me, and was very helpful in getting the replacement order put in.  At that time it was estimated that the replacement order would be sent out in two weeks.  Earlier today, at nearly two weeks, I called Melecio to get a status update.  Unfortunately the status update was that the delivery was behind schedule - so with this in mind, Melecio worked with me to find the next best alternative (which meant getting a vanity top that was in stock sent out).

In short - Melecio has done everything in his power to try to turn one issue, after another issue, after another issue into a reasable resolution.  I appreciate all of the efforts Melecio has put forth.
